Blue Footed Boobies  have a distinct courtship pattern that revolves around their most distinct feature, their feet.  You could say that these birds definitely have a foot fetish.  Blue Footed Boobies show off their feet  (as though they don't already stand out) by slowly waddeling around each other in high, slow steps or by flashing them in front of their prospective mate upon landing.  During courtship, they also perform something called sky-pointing where they contort their body into an unnatural shape and whistle. The bird on the left is in the sky-pointing stance in this photo.  The Blue Footed Boobies alternate this pattern (as seen in "Blue Footed Booby Courtship #1 & 3).    Finally, they place bits and pieces of debris on each other's beautiful blue feet to display their nesting instinct as if to say, "I could build a nest if I wanted to, but that is not necessary anymore."
